eAppointment Policy

To ensure a smooth experience at our Service Centre, please note the following:

Compulsory Appointment Matters

  • Class 3 / 3A Practical Lesson Booking: booking of practical lessons for motor car learners enrolled with SSDC:
    • Not for Class 3C Driving Licence holders.
    • Subject to the availability of slots, you may be offered up to two (02) practical lessons per appointment.
    • Booking limit of eight (08) practical lessons per month, including lessons booked online.
  • Class 3 / 3A School Enrolment (weekend): learners who wish to enrol for motor car courses on weekends with SSDC; not for private learners.
  • Foreign Licence Conversion Course (weekend): motorists who wish to sign up for the Standard or Expert course to convert their foreign licence to a Singapore licence on the weekend.
  • Other Courses Enrolment (weekend): all other course registration except private learners.
  • Private Learners: account registration & Traffic Police test bookings for private learners.

Important Notes

  • Each customer can book up to 4 appointments. (effective from 02 Jan 2025).
  • To schedule a new appointment, cancel one of your existing appointments.
  • Upon eAppointment submission, check for our email in your inbox or spam folder, and press ‘CONFIRM’ to receive your Confirmation eAppointment email.
  • Arrive on time at our Information Counter, level 3, and present your Confirmation eAppointment email to obtain a queue number. Confirmed appointments using multiple email accounts will result in cancellation without prior notice.
  • Ensure you select the correct calendar to avoid any issues.
  • The appointment time shall be your arrival time; it is not your counter-serving time, test or course date.
  • Queue numbers may not be called in sequence.

Digital Photo Booth

  • No appointment is required.
  • Operating hours:
    • Weekdays: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (*lunch break: 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm)
    • Weekends: 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
    • Public Holidays: Closed
