Job Description
- To handle customers counter service, enquiries (calls & emails), administrative and cashier duties
Requirement
- GCE / ITE / Diploma
- Bilingual to communicate with diverse group of customers. Preferably fluent in English
- Computer literate
- Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and generate of reports
- Patient and pleasant personality
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
- Training will be provided
Working Hours
Weekly rotating Team A / Team B (5.5 days)
- Team A
Monday – Friday : 11.00 am – 7.30 pm
Saturday : Rest Day
Sunday : 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Team B
Monday – Friday : 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
Saturday : 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Sunday : Rest Day
