Motorists who wish to convert their foreign car and/ or motorcycle licence to a Singapore Driving Licence must pass the Traffic Police Basic Theory Test before submitting their application along with a photograph to the Traffic Police. The conversion will be subjected to the Traffic Police’s approval. For more information on converting a foreign driving licence, please visit Traffic Police website.
Enrolment can be completed in person at the SSDC Service Centre’s Briefing room at 11.30 am, 1.30 pm or 4.30 pm on weekdays or 9.30 am on weekends (with eAppointment). Lessons will be booked after the briefing.
Alternatively, you can enrol online and choose your preferred lesson time at your convenience.
The theory lessons & Theory Trial Test room is located at level 4, while the test is conducted at the Traffic Police Woodlands Test Centre at level 1.
