From the Traffic Police’s Online Learning Portal, Basic and Final Driving Theory Handbooks are now available in 4 languages (English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil) and Riding Theory Handbook is available in English only.

To access the portal, please Click Here and follow the steps below:

1. Select Traffic Matters 
2. From I’d like to know drop down menu, select “Online Learning Portal”
3. Select “Basic & Final Driving, and Riding Theory Handbooks” and your preferred language.
4. Start learning the pdf versions of the handbooks.
